Negotiate service agreements
Once the study has been deemed feasible, it is worth contacting any support service teams which need to negotiate agreements with third party organisations.
This is particularly the case with pharmacy, where technical agreements with pharmaceutical companies (to cover processes applied to the IMP such as packaging, manufacture and radiolabelling) can be time-consuming. Early notification that the study is going to proceed will be appreciated.
