Bird strike on laminated glass structures
The overall aims of this project are to produce a numerical model to enable rapid glazing design evaluation against bird strike and validate this against full-scale experiments
This study helps us to better understand the interaction of the birds with aircraft components and ultimately design more impact-resistant structures.
